Owner
A Myrtle Beach, South Carolina native graduated from Clemson University in 2000 with a degree in Textiles. Through her studies, she learned extensively about interior design and the aesthetics of fabric. Throughout her life, she always knew she would
become an entrepreneur. She first came to Jackson, Wyoming in the summer of 1999 for an interior design internship. She also met her future husband, Henry, that summer and had fallen in love with the Jackson area, knowing she would return one day. After graduation, she returned to Jackson and worked for various designers and retailers in the area as she prepared for opening her own store. In April of 2006, Festive Living opened its doors in Victor, Idaho just over the hill from Jackson, where Hayden, Henry and their two black labs now reside.
Laura Rutter
Manager
A Chapel Hill, North Carolina native. She concentrated on kitchen and bath design, working for Creative Stoneworks, in the San Francisco bay area for 5 years before re-locating to Teton Valley, Idaho in 2006. Through her work in kitchen & baths, she often collaborated with interior designers and decorators, deciding she would like to expand her design knowledge and expertise into home furnishings & decorations. Upon her arrival to Teton Valley, she was immediately introduced to Hayden who provided the perfect opportunity into the next phase of her design career. She now resides in Tetonia, Idaho with her husband George and their dog, Opal.
Our StoreEstablished in April of 2006, Festive Living is a 3,000 sq ft retail store and full service interior design firm located in downtown Victor, Idaho. The store has an eclectic mix of rustic, traditional and modern furnishings and home accessories as well as tabletop and houseware items. Open 10am to 6pm, Monday through Saturday, sales associates are there to help you select the perfect fabric for your sofa, register for your wedding or pick out a fun color for your Kitchen Aid mixer. While shopping at Festive Living, you can outfit your home from top to bottom.
